Work
Most of what follows was built for companies we own or operate. That's deliberate. We'd rather show you a system we depend on ourselves than a logo wall.
ROUTE OPERATIONS
Replacing the legacy app that ran the money
A route operator moved off a Windows application called Smart onto a system that gets revenue splits right to the penny, and shows its work.
Supabase · PostgreSQL · Row-level security · CSV import
LEAD ROUTING
Leads that route themselves, and flag when they're unsure
Inbound event inquiries assigned in seconds, scored by AI, with a human reviewing anything the model isn't confident about.
Zoho CRM · Twilio · Resend · Claude · Supabase
SELF-SERVICE AND BILLING
From paper contracts to Stripe and QuickBooks
A storage business took its contracts, payments, and drop-offs off paper and onto a phone, with the money landing in the accounting system on its own.
Stripe · QuickBooks Online · Twilio · Supabase
REPORTING
What sales said versus what the register said
Booked event revenue in the CRM reconciled against what actually rang up at the point of sale, per venue, per date range.
Zoho CRM · Point-of-sale API · Supabase

Other systems in the portfolio
- Vendor contract compliance — Contracts parsed on intake, then every incoming invoice checked against the terms it was billed under, with discrepancies flagged for a human. Connects to QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and FreshBooks.
- On-premise data, made answerable — Location-level SQL servers behind a firewall, synced out through a Cloudflare tunnel into a cloud database, with per-location schema disambiguation so the data stays traceable to its source.
- Workforce scheduling and time tracking — Geofenced clock-in, automatic overtime, staggered break queues, and one-click payroll export in ADP, GMS, and QuickBooks formats.
- Booking and payments for high-volume venues — Live availability against the venue's point-of-sale system, card processing, self-serve rescheduling, and automated confirmations.
- Shared team SMS — One number per market, a shared inbox with assignment and escalation, internal notes the customer never sees, and automatic STOP handling.
If any of these rhyme with a problem you're carrying, we should talk.
